1. Eligibility for Returns
- Return Period: You may return Prime Bat within 15 days of receiving the product for a full refund or exchange, provided it meets the conditions below.
- Condition of Product: To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Non-Returnable Items: Customized, personalized, or special edition items are non-returnable, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
2. Return Process
- Return Request: To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service at [email protected] within the 4-day return period. Provide your order number, proof of purchase, and reason for the return.
- Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the product reaches us safely.
- Inspection: Upon receipt of the returned product, we will inspect it to confirm it meets the return eligibility criteria.
3. Refunds
- Processing Time: Once your return is approved, we will process the refund within 7-10 business days. You will be notified via email when the refund is completed.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time may vary based on your bank or payment provider.
- Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange Prime Bat for a different product or size, please initiate the process within 15 days of purchase. Exchanges are subject to product availability, and any price differences will apply.
5. Defective or Damaged Products
- If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or refund, depending on product availability and your preference.
